Luoxeon Shipping & Return Policy

Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our delivery partners. A tracking number will be provided for each order confirmation.

Shipping Fees: Our shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. We strive to keep shipping costs minimal so that you get the best value for your purchase. If you spend above a certain amount, you may qualify for free delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. The original invoice must be presented for any exchange or return. Please retain the invoice. The original product is required for processing. Returned or exchanged items must be in new and original condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging attached. Luoxeon reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not meet the above requirements.

To request a return, submit a Return Order Request via email to [email protected], stating the reason for return and attaching supporting photos if applicable. Our team will review and respond within 3 working days. If the request is submitted within the 7-day period, it remains valid until processed.

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Easy Exchange/Return applies if the product is not satisfactory in terms of quality or size.

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges/returns are valid for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days (Outside Dhaka: 10 days).

  • Lingerie items and discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.

Steps for Return/Exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. We will confirm your request and guide you through the pickup process.

  3. Ensure the product is unused, in original condition, and includes tags, labels, packaging, and invoice.

  4. Items must be sent back within 7 days.

Luoxeon will bear the return delivery charge if:

  • There is a size or fit issue.

  • The product is defective or physically damaged.

  • The product is not as described on the website.

  • You are unsatisfied with the quality.

Customers will bear the return delivery charge if:

  • They change their mind and cancel the order after delivery.

Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with Luoxeon. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If we fail to deliver the ordered product.

  • If we cannot provide a replacement.

  • If the product returned is eligible for a refund.

  • If a wrong product is delivered.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 days after receiving the return package.

  • Credit card payments may take longer depending on bank policies.

  • Mobile wallet payments (bKash, Rocket, Nagad) or bank transfers will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
