Luoxeon Delivery Policy

At Luoxeon , we believe that the luxury shopping experience should extend from the moment you place your order until it reaches your hands. Our delivery policy is crafted to reflect our core values of elegance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure each package is handled with the utmost care and delivered on time.

1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation via SMS and email.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (BST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Packaging & Presentation

All Luoxeon products are carefully packaged in signature branded boxes or eco-conscious premium wrapping to ensure a luxurious unboxing experience. We also offer gift packaging and personalized notes upon request (additional charges may apply).

5. Delivery Partners

We work with certified and reputable logistics providers including:

  • Inside Bangladesh: Pathao, Paperfly, Steadfast, eCourier

  • International: DHL Express, Aramex, FedEx

Each package is insured, tracked, and updated with real-time status through SMS/email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link via SMS/email

  • Real-time status updates

You can also track your order by logging into your Luoxeon Account on our website.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partners will attempt up to 2 re-deliveries if the recipient is unavailable.

  • If the item is not successfully delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our fulfillment center.

  • Re-delivery or cancellation can be coordinated through our Customer Service Team.

8. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional time or incur extra delivery charges.

9. Same-Day & Express Delivery

We currently offer Same-Day Delivery in select Dhaka metro areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to availability and product readiness. Please contact our Customer Support team to confirm eligibility.
